Interventional Radiology
Interventional Radiology (IR) is a medical specialty that uses image guidance to perform minimally invasive procedures that diagnose diseases and treat a wide range of medical conditions. These procedures are performed by radiologists and/or a registered radiology assistances (RRA) who have completed advanced training in their field.
