Nursing SupervisorDescription: The purpose of the Nursing Supervisor job is to coordinate the activities of the patient care units in a centralized nursing environment. The Nursing Supervisor assists the Nurse Managers in departmental staffing on a daily basis, maintains approved standards of patient care within the Division of Nursing taking into account the individual patient’s special physical or age-related needs, investigates and resolves complaints and maintains a safe environment for staff and patients.
