Description:  The Ambassador is the patient point of contact for Nutritional Services, on their designated unit or area, and supports the department through all aspects of the meal process from patient meal section, tray assembly, transport, delivery and retrieval of the completed food patient/resident nourishments & inventories and stock unit kitchens.

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess one (1) to two (2) years working experience in a customer service setting, preferably in Healthcare and/or Food Service.
  • Possess a working knowledge of therapeutic diets and basic computer skills.

Status:  6:00am – 7:30pm (24 hours)

Rate of Pay: $15.86 hour.  Experience differential after one year of service.

Description:  The purpose of the job is to perform a variety of food service duties based on the individual daily task listing of the position to which an employee is assigned.

  • Prefer high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prefer two (2) years of Food Service-related work.

Status:  6:00am – 7:30pm (40 hours)
*Position requires holiday and weekend rotation.

Rate of Pay: $15.86 hour.  Experience differential after one year of service.

Health Information Management Inpatient Coder

Description:  The purpose of this job is to code and abstract inpatient, observation and clinic records utilizing the proper assignment of ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 coding.  Monitors quality of documentation.

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess a minimum of three (3) years experience, ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding in an acute care facility coding inpatient, ambulatory surgery or emergency room records if not RHIT, RHIA, CCS or other hospital coding credentialed.
  • Possess one (1) year experience in coding ER, inpatient or Day surgery records in an acute care facility if RHIT, RHIA, CCS or other hospital coding credentialed.
  • Possess successful completion of courses in Anatomy/Physiology, medical terminology and ICD-10 and CPT coding.
  • Prefer an Associate’s Degree in Health Information Technology; professional designation as a RHIT, RHIA or CCS.
  • Prefer three (3) years experience in ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding in an acute care facility if credentialed.
  • Prefer five (5) years experience in ICD-10 coding in an acute care facility if not credentialed.

Status:  Varied day shift hours (40 hours) – Hybrid Work Option Available.

Associate Accountant

Description:  The purpose of this job is to assist in preparing confidential financial and statistical information, prepare and surveys to appropriate outside agencies and provide support and assistance in the Finance Department.

  • Possess an A.A.S. degree in Accounting or equivalent education or experience.
  • Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Possess one (1) year of prior Accounting experience in an office.
  • Possess a working knowledge necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.

Status:  8:00am – 4:30pm (40 hours)

From: $25.47 – $28.47 per hour
