Takes and records patients’ temperature, pulse rate, respiration rate and blood pressure under clinical guidance of Registered Professional Nurse. Cleans, prepares and stores equipment trays and other supplies. Serves and collects patient food trays and provides between meal nourishment’s.Requires:High school diploma or equivalent. One (1) year nurse’s aide type training or equivalentStatus: MS3W 6:45am – 3:15pm (40 hours)$16.91 – $19.04 per hour. Experience differential after one year of service.

Performs services necessary for the cleanliness and safe functioning of the Nursing Unit.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.Demonstrate competency with a Competency Skills Evaluation tool once trained.Continued employment is contingent on obtaining certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant in New York State within the specified timeframe.Prefer prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.Status: 10:45pm – 7:15am (40 hours)
