Assistant Project Care Coordinator/Care ManagerDescription: The Assistant Project Coordinator/Care Manager is responsible to assist in all areas of revenue maximization not related to budgets or charges. This will include, but not limited to; PCMH initial certification and recertification, MU certification for all EP Stages, organizing projects to achieve HMO and HEDIS incentives and collection of data to support Grant applications. Requires: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.Possess Associate’s degree.Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration or related discipline.Possess ICD9 – CPT4 coding knowledge.Possess training and/or certification in Project Management.Prefer process improvement, quality improvement, meaningful use and patient centered medical home recognition.Possess a working knowledge of outpatient, third party reimbursement, operations of a primary/specialty care private practice, managed care and computer operations. Possess knowledge necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on their assigned unit.Status: 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours)From: $17.30 to $25.95 hour.
