To develop programming to stimulate individual interests in meaningful activities. To provide a therapeutic environment for all residents. Possess a Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with a major in therapeutic recreation or a major in recreation with an option in therapeutic recreation.Prefer Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in therapeutic recreation or a major in recreation with an option in therapeutic recreation.Certification as a Recreation Therapist.
