SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FULL/PART-TIME FAMILY HEALTH NURSE PRACTITIONER

We are seeking a Family Practice NP for all ages.

Our Center, located in Speculator, has been a successful collaboration between Nathan Littauer Primary Care and the Town of Lake Pleasant under the aegis of The Lake Pleasant-Speculator Consolidated Health District Board for the past 26 years.

The Center Nurse Practitioner cares for the community and citizens surrounding towns and villages in Southern Hamilton County.

We are open 5 days a week.  We are seeking a FT Nurse Practitioner to attend 4, 4.5 or 5 days a week.  In addition, we are seeking PT providers who may wish to back up or position share.

We deliver Preventative care, Urgent care, Chronic Care Management, school physicals, DOT exams, blood draw and retail pharmacy services.

The Nurse Practitioner is supported by the local EMT entities and other Primary and Specialty Care providers in the Littauer network.
