We are seeking a Family Practice NP to provide Patient Sick Call support embedded in our busy Centers.  The Centers in need are Perth and Gloversville.  Each Center contains a robust Family Practice panel.  The activity of the panel requires sick call support to provide timely care for illness outside the routine wellness service and follow ups.

We are open 5 days a week.  We are seeking a FT Nurse Practitioner who can attend a rotation of both centers, or PT Nurse Practitioner who can fill in some of the busier days. 

The Nurse Practitioner is supported by other Primary and Specialty Care providers in the Littauer network.
