JOB TITLE: IPA/Navigator  |  DEPARTMENT: Facilitated Enrollment

JOB DESCRIPTION: The purpose/goal of our program is to educate and assist individuals in a fair, accurate, impartial and linguistically appropriate manner to enroll and recertify individuals online in the New York State of Health Insurance Marketplace.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Currently possess or ability to obtain licensure/certification from NYSDOH within two (2) months of transfer or hire.
• Possess a valid NYS driver’s license.
• Proficient working in a Microsoft Office environment including Excel.  Ability to conduct research with attention to details.

STATUS:  8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (24 hours)

RATE OF PAY:  $19.61 – $22.61/ HOUR
