Act as a liaison between the hospital and third-party payers. Coordinate all switchboard-staffing levels.EDUCATION: Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent education. Possesses a 2-year college degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent business administration experience.PREFERRED: Possesses a bachelor’s degree in accounting or other health related field.LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION: NoneEXPERIENCE: Possess five (5) years’ healthcare billing experience in a Patient Financial Services preferably on Meditech B/AR.
