How do I request a log-in for the first time?Answer: Please email portalhelpdesk@nlh.org with your phone number, and we will help you!Question: Do we offer a mobile app for Apple or Android devices?Answer: Yes. You will need to navigate to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for “MHealth” app. The application icon will look like this: Question: Can I view my most recent office notes in the Patient Portal?Answer: Yes, you will be able to view these office notes. You can view these under the Report section of your patient portal.Question: Can I request an appointment on the Patient Portal?Answer: Yes, under the Schedule Appointment section of the patient portal, you can request an appointment to be scheduled at any of our Primary or Specialty Care Centers. If you need to- schedule an appointment at Nathan Littauer Hospital, you will need to call Patient Access at 518-775-4250. Question: How can I view my Office Visit Check-Out/Discharge Summary (AKA Clinical Visit Summary)?Answer: You can view these documents in your patient portal under the Visit History section. Select the Visit you wish to see the Clinical Visit Summary for and then click Visit Data Summary.Question: When will my Pathology results display on the patient portal.Answer: Pathology results will display 7 days after the specimen is collected, if the sample is sent out to another laboratory for processing, resulting time period can be delayed further. You will be able to view these results under Results section of your patient portal.Question: Where can I view my Imaging results?Answer: To find the Imaging report will be viewable under the Report section of your patient portal. Please note, Imaging results will display 7 days after the exam is performed.Question: How can I see my Laboratory or Imaging results that were completed at other organization?Answer: These results will not be viewable from our Nathan Littauer Hospital Patient Portal. You will have to access the results via the other organization’s patient portal. This does not mean that we did not receive the results.Question: Can I see my Out-Of-Work note on the patient portal?Answer: Yes, the Out-Of-Work note will display under the Letter section of your patient portal.Question: Can I send a message to my provider via the patient portal?Answer: Yes, you can use the Message section of the patient portal to send any non-urgent message to your provider. Please note, if you have not had an appointment with your provider yet, you will not be able to send a message to them. We would recommend you call the office. Question: Can I have access to my child’s Patient Portal?Answer: Yes, as long as you are the child’s legal guardian. If the child is 14 years of age and older, a Proxy User Agreement will need to be signed with the patient, allowing Nathan Littauer Hospital to give access to their Patient Portal to a user other than themselves.Question: If I have access to another individual’s Patient Portal, how do I switch to their patient portal from my own?Answer: You will have an option called Change Person. If you are accessing the portal from a mobile phone, you will have 3 lines at the top right-hand corner of your screen, you will click on that button and then you will see the Change Person option. You will then select the patient portal; you wish to switch your viewing too. Question: Can I refill my meds from the Patient Portal instead of calling the office?Answer: From the Medication Tab you will get to your medication list and once clicking on the med you need refilled, click the Request Renewal button noted on the right-hand side. This is only possible if you provider you see at Nathan Littauer Primary/Specialty Care actually prescribed it or agreed to prescribe and had already sent at least one script in.
